A Mayfield Village Zoning Amendment measure will be on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Mayfield which is in Cuyahoga County.

This measure seeks to rezone the a vacant piece of property from single family residential to local business.[1]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall the 1.28 acres of vacant property located on Wilson Mills Road and known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-39-010 and 831-39-009, be rezoned subject to a certain development agreement and deed restrictions placed upon it by agreement of the Village and the property owner, and to be recorded of record, from the current classification of U-1 Single Family Residential to Local Business be approved?[2]
