A Mayfield Village Zoning Charter Amendment measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the village of Mayfield which is in Cuyahoga County.

This measures sought to limit the power voter's would have with new zoning amendments made by the village council. If it had been approved, voters would not have the automatic right to vote on zoning changes proposed by the council. Instead, voters would have had 30 days to file a petition to challenge and proposed zoning change.[1]
