A Medina Township Road Levy Renewal measure was on the August 7, 2012 ballot in the township of Medina, which is in Lenawee County.

This measure sought to renew the current road levy which is set at a rate of $2 per $1,000 of assessed value for a further four years in order to continue to pay for maintenance cots of roads in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:

Shall the Township of Medina renew the levy of 2 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) for four years: 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 inclusive, for the maintenance of Medina Township secondary roads and bridges? One mill equals an estimated $45,408.68 as of the collection per year for Medina Township, thereby raising in the first year an estimated amount of $90,817.36.[3]
