Micah Kellner is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 65 since winning a special election in June 2007.

Kellner's professional experience is as an aide to New York City Comptroller William Thompson; aide to United States Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney; and an aide to United States Senator Chuck Schumer.

Kellner earned a BA from the New York University.[1]

He is also running on the Working Families Party ticket. Michael K. Zumbluskas ran unopposed in the Republican primary; he is also running on the Independence Party of New York State ticket. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012. [2]
