Michael Brown (b. September 28, 1961) is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 50 from 2005 to 2013.

Brown is Owner/Publisher of Ghettostone Publishing. He earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and AA from Penn Valley Community College.

Brown is a member of the Cleveland Avenue Baptist Church, Freedom Incorporated Political Club, University of Missouri - Kansas City Alumni Club, Jackson County Housing Resources Commission, Missouri Real Estate Commission, and the Task Force for Civil Rights of the Disabled.
