Michael Chan is a 2012 Republican and Conservative Party candidate seeking election to the U.S. House representing the 10th Congressional District of New York.

Chan was a Republican candidate for District 75 of the New York State Assembly. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Chan is running in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing New York's 10th District. He sought the nomination on the Republican and Conservative Party tickets. He was unopposed in the primary and will face Democratic 8th district incumbent Jerrold Nadler in the November general election.[1]
