Michael Hough (b. November 4, 1979) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 3B. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Hough earned his A.A. in Applied Sciences from Community College of the Air Force in 2002 and his B.S. in Political Science from Towson University in 2007. His professional experience includes working as a legislative aide and campaign manager for former Maryland state senator Alex Mooney and Director of the Commerce, Insurance, and Economic Development and the Criminal Justice and Homeland Security Task Forces for the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). He served as a Minuteman III Missile Technician in the U.S. Air Force.
