Michael Noel (b. October 7, 1947) is a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 73. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Biography

Noel earned his BS from the University of California in 1972. He went on to receive his MS from the University of South Dakota in 1974. He then attended advanced PhD Studies at Utah State University.

Noel has worked as General Manager of the Kane County Water Conservancy District since 1998. He currently works as a rancher/farmer as well.

Noel won re-election in the 2012 election for Utah House of Representatives District 73. He ran unopposed in the June 26 Republican primary and defeated Ty Markham (Utah Justice) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
