Michael Shallal is a 2012 Republican candidate for District 30 of the Michigan House of Representatives.

Shallal was a candidate in the 2010 Michigan state house elections. He was defeated in the Republican primary on August 3, 2010.


Shallal is an Iraq war veteran who served more than five tours as a civilian contractor to various locations in the Middle East. On many occasions, during the course of service, he returned home after sustaining battlefield injuries.[1]
