Biography

Stinziano earned his bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond, his M.P.A. from George Washington University and his J.D. from Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He has worked as a legal aide and research assistant for legislators in the United States and the United Kingdom. In 2008, he became the director of the Franklin County Board of Elections.
