Michael Vaughn (b. November 12, 1957) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 24. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Vaughn's professional experience includes working as an investment advisor for Merrill Lynch, Dean Witter, Fidelity Investment.
