Michael Weir, Jr. (b. September 2, 1948) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 6. He was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Weir's professional experience includes working as Fire Captain of the Baltimore County Fire Department and partner with Mike Weir and Sons Masonry. He served as a Master Sergeant in the Maryland Air National Guard.
