The Michigan Director of Agriculture and Rural Development is a state executive position in the Michigan state government.

The Director serves as head of the Department of Agriculture Rural Development, whose mission is "To protect, promote and preserve the food, agricultural, environmental and economic interests of the people of Michigan."[1]
