The Stem-cell initiative is an initiative in Michigan that would allow government grants to fund stem-cell research.




The initiative was officially announced on January 24th that it was going to begin collecting signatures in order to qualify for the Nov. 2008 ballot. The petition deadline is July 7 in order and the group must gather 380,126 valid signatures.
