He ran against Diane Snelling (R), Shelley Palmer (R), Dennis Bedard (R), and Annette Roque Renaud (R) in the primary. He ran against Timothy Ashe (D), Virginia Lyons (D), Hinda Miller (D), Philip Baruth (D), Sally Fox (D), Andy Montroll (D), Diane Snelling (R), Shelley Palmer (R), Dennis Bedard (R), Annette Roque Renaud (R), Richard Jeroloman (I), Steve Laible (I), Mikey Van Gulden (I), and Larkin Forney in the general election on November 2, 2010.
