Mike Brown (b. April 7, 1957) is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He has represented the 4th District since 2004. He serves as Minority Floor Leader.

Brown is owner, operator and founder of the Northeastern Oklahoma Sign Company Incorporated. He and his wife, Tammy, have two children, Brandi and Dustin.
