Michael Philip "Mike" Clelland is a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 29. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.


Clelland earned his associate's degree in Fire Science Technology from Seminole Community College, bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and J.D. from the Florida A&M University College of Law.[1]
