Mike Speedy is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 90. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010. He previously served on the Indianapolis City Council from 2003 to 2010.

Speedy earned his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law. His professional experience includes owning and operating a real estate business.

Speedy defeated Libertarian candidate Kevin Vail by a margin of 15,831 to 2,945. Republican incumbent Michael Murphy did not run for re-election. [3] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
