Mike Talboy (b. August 2, 1977) is the Democratic Minority Leader of the Missouri House of Representatives. He has represented District 37 since 2007.

Talboy is an attorney with the Montee Law Firm. He earned his JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and BA in Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Talboy is a member of the Kansas City Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, Kansas/Western Missouri American Civil Liberties Union Board of Directors, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Missouri State Bar Association.[1]
