The Minnesota gubernatorial election will take place on November 4, 2014. Incumbent Mark Dayton (D) is running for re-election.[1]

The winner of the election will serve a 4-year term in office.

Minnesota has an open primary system, in which registered voters do not have to be members of a party to vote in that party's primary.
