A total of thirty-one ballot measures have been submitted to the Missouri Secretary of State for the November 2010 ballot, however only 29 remain as possible contenders. Some are approved for circulation while others are in earlier stages of the process of approval. The signature filing deadline for the 2010 ballot in Missouri is May 2, 2010.

Signature requirements

To qualify for the ballot as an initiated constitutional amendment in Missouri, signatures must be obtained from registered voters equal to eight (8) percent of the total votes cast in the 2008 governor's election from six of the state's nine congressional districts.
