The Missouri Facilities Maintenance Reserve Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 5, 1996 ballot in Missouri, where it was approved.

Text of measure

The language that appeared on the ballot:

Shall there be an annual transfer of percentage of the funds in the general revenue fund to the "Facilities Maintenance Reserve Fund" for the purpose of maintenance, repair and renovation of state facilities? This proposal would result in the transfer of approximately $5,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Facilities Maintenance Reserve Fund. No impact to local governments.[1]
