The Missouri Public Health Safeguard Amendment, also known as Issue 5, was on the February 26, 1924 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

This measure would have recognized the obligation of the state to safeguard the public health.[2]
