Missouri is one of 19 states to use an open primary system. Voters must register prior to July 11, 2012, which is 27 days prior to the primary election.[1] (Information about registering to vote)
2012 general election
To vote in the November 6, 2012, general election, Missouri voters must register by October 10, 2012 which is 27 days before the election.[1] To be eligible to vote, voters must be Missouri residents.[2] At the polls, voters are required to present one form of acceptable ID.[3]
