Toryanski is a 2014 Republican candidate for Idaho Secretary of State.[1] He is seeking the Republican nomination in the primary election on May 20, 2014. The general election takes place November 4, 2014.

Biography

Toryanski worked as a legislative fellow on the U.S. Senate Judicial Committee and as a legislative assistant for the Committee on the Environment and Public Works. He also served in the U.S. Army from 1976 to 1992, the Army Reserve from 1992 to 1996, and the Idaho National Guard from 1996-2010. In 2005, he became deputy attorney general of Idaho, in which capacity he served until his election to the Senate in 2010.
