Biography

Hassan earned a bachelor of science degree and a Master's in Mathematics from the University of Chittagong in Bangladesh. He moved to Hamtramck in 1994 and worked as a manufacturing expert at Faurecia Automotive Seating Inc.

Elections for the office of Michigan House of Representatives will consist of a primary election on August 5, 2014, and a general election on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 22, 2014. Incumbent Rose Mary Robinson is challenged by Mohammed Hassan in the Democratic primary. Edith Floyd is unopposed in the Republican primary.[3]
