Monica Wehby was a 2014 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. Senate from Oregon.[1] She won the Republican nomination in the primary on May 20, 2014.[2]

Biography

Wehby is the director of pediatric neurosurgery at Randall Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon. She is also a past president of the Oregon Medical Association.[3]

Wehby ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Oregon.[1] Wehby won the Republican nomination in the primary on May 20, 2014. She defeated Jason Conger, Jo Rae Perkins, Mark Allen Callahan and Timothy Crawley.[2] The general election took place November 4, 2014.
