Monica C. Youngblood is a Republican member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 68. She was first elected to the chamber in 2012.


Youngblood graduated from Rio Grande High School.[1] Her professional experience includes working as a realtor in the Albuquerque metro area.[1]

Youngblood ran in the 2012 election for New Mexico House of Representatives District 68. She defeated Max Barnett, Claudette M. Chavez-Hankins and Paul D. Barber in the Republican primary on June 5, 2012. Incumbent Thomas Garcia (D) is not running for re-election. She defeated Democrat Eloise Gift in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
