A Mount Clemens General Operation Levy Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Mount Clemens which is in Macomb County.

This measure was defeated

This measure sought to increase the general operations levy by 1.29 mills to get the levy to a total of 15 mills in order to better support general operational costs in the city.[2]
