Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

The ballot proposal would extend the existing capital improvement millage. Presently the millage will expire December 1, 2013. The amendment would permit levying up to 1-1/2 mills to be used for capital improvements, including public safety equipment and attachments. Shall Article VII, Section 7.05 of the North Muskegon City Charter be amended to continue levying up to 1-1/2 mills for capital improvements?[3]
