N. Nick Perry (b. August 1, 1950) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 58 since 1993. Perry is the Assistant Majority Leader. His other political experiences include volunteer for various campaigns; candidate for district leader in 1984 and 1986; candidate for New York State Assembly in 1988; chair of New York City Community Board 17; member of Brooklyn Borough Board; and vice chair of Majority Conference for the New York State Assembly.

Perry's professional experiences include administrator for New York State Department of Mental Health; United States Army Reserves; medical specialist for United States Army; and union bargaining agent for Bustamante Industrial Trade Union.

Perry earned a BA in political science from Brooklyn College and a MPA from Brooklyn College. He and his wife, Joyce, have two children; Novalie and Nickolas Alexander.[1]
