N. Nick Perry (b. August 1, 1950) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 58 since 1993. Perry is the majority conference chair for New York State Assembly. His other political experiences include volunteer for various campaigns; candidate for district leader in 1984 and 1986; candidate for New York State Assembly in 1988; chair of New York City Community Board 17; member of Brooklyn Borough Board; and vice chair of Majority Conference for the New York State Assembly.

Perry earned a BA in political science from Brooklyn College and a MPA from Brooklyn College. He and his wife, Joyce, have two children; Novalie and Nickolas Alexander.[1]
