Nancy F. Munoz (b. September 8, 1954) is a Republican member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing District 21. She was first appointed to the chamber in 2009 when she took over for her husband, Eric Munoz, who died in office. In the 2014 legislative session, Munoz serves as Deputy Minority Leader. She previously served as Deputy Republican Whip in 2013.

She and incumbent Jon Bramnick (R) defeated Norman W. Albert (D) and Jill Anne Lazare (D) in the general election, which took place on November 5, 2013.[3][4][5][6]
