Naomi D. Jakobsson (b. September 28, 1941) is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 103rd District since 2003. The 103rd District encompasses Urbana and Champaign, Illinois.

Jakobsson has been a Recorder for Champaign County, and Executive Director of the University Youth Women's Christian Association.

She is a member of the Champaign County Habitat for Humanity Board, Illinois Association of County Clerks and Recorders, and International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers.[1]

Jakobsson is running for re-election to the 103rd District Seat in 2010 against Republican Norman E. Davis. She ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on February 2nd. The general election takes place on November 2, 2010.

2008

On November 4, 2008, Democrat Naomi Jakobsson won re-election to the Illinois House of Representatives District 103 receiving 28,252 votes, ahead of Republican Frank Calabrese who received 11,132 votes.[2]
