Naomi D. Jakobsson (b. September 28, 1941) is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 103rd District since 2003. The 103rd District encompasses Urbana and Champaign, Illinois.

Jakobsson has been a Recorder for Champaign County, and Executive Director of the University Youth Women's Christian Association.

She is a member of the Champaign County Habitat for Humanity Board, Illinois Association of County Clerks and Recorders, and International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials and Treasurers.[1]

Jakobsson won re-election to the 103rd District seat against Republican Norman E. Davis. She ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on February 2nd. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[2]
