The measure would have prohibited the annexation of a city or village in the state of Nebraska unless it was approved by a majority vote of registered voters of that city. Nebraska residents Aimee Earl, Tom Fencl, Jason Fuller, Joey Gazda, Beau McCoy, Rex Moats, Lori Ponec, Stephen Shetlar and Venita Spiera are listed as sponsors of the initiative.
