Two state executive positions were up for election in 2012 in the state of Nebraska.

The primary took place on May 15, 2012 with the general election on November 6, 2012.

Incumbent Frank Landis (R) ran for re-election. He was unopposed in the primary and also unopposed in the general election.[1]
