Neil Parrott (b. July 30, 1970) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 2B. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.


Parrott earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and his M.B.A. from Mount St. Mary's University. His professional experience includes working as a traffic engineer for the Maryland State Highway Administration, city engineer for the city of Frederick, Maryland, owner of Traffic Solutions, Inc. in Hagerstown and Tea Party organizer for the Hagerstown Tea Parties.
