Four measures have been approved for the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Nevada.[1] A total of eleven initiatives have been proposed.

The signature filing deadline for initiated state statutes has already passed. The state requires that initiated state statutes be proposed thirty (30) days prior to the start of the 2010 state legislative session. Constitutional amendments, on the other hand, must be submitted to county clerks/registrars by June 15. County clerks must then verify and submit the signatures to the secretary of state by no later than August 4, 2010.[2]
