Nevada Immigration Reform Initiative may appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Nevada. The proposed measure would authorize police question a person's immigration status if there are any suspicions that they are illegal immigrants.[1]

The initiative emulates an April 23, 2010 approved immigration bill in Arizona. A repeal was filed days following it's approval. It also resembles a proposed initiative in Ohio to reform immigration throughout the state.
