Nicholaus Kipke (b. January 26, 1979) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 31 since January 10, 2007.

Kipke is a Territory Manager/Manufacturer Representative with REPS and Associates, Incorporated. He has previously been a General Manager with FriendCo Restaurants.

Kipke is a member of the Maryland Council for New Americans, Statewide Empowerment Zones for Seniors Commission, and Drug & Alcohol Abuse Council of Anne Arundel County.[1]
