Norby Chabert is a Democratic member of the Louisiana State Senate, representing District 20 since 2009. He replaced Reggie Dupre in a special election held in August.



In 2007 Chabert was not elected to the Louisiana State Senate District 20. He instead was elected in a special election in 2009. His seat will be up for election again in 2011.
