Norma Secoura was a Republican candidate for District 8 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Secoura ran in the September 14 primary, along with Joseph Boteler, III, John Cluster, and Rani Merryman. She came in third to advance to the general election.

Secoura lost in the general election on November 2, 2010, coming in fifth. Three seats were available.[1]
