Norman Conway (b. January 11, 1942) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 38B since January 14, 1987.

Conway is Supervisor of Wicomico County Board of Education Chapter I Programs. He previously worked as Teacher/Vice Principal/Principal at Pinehurst Elementary School, and served on the Salisbury City Council from 1974-1987.

Conway is a member of the Drug Treatment Court Commission, Maryland Rural Caucus, Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement Advisory Board at Salisbury University, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland, and the Deer's Head Center Citizens Advisory Board.[1]
