North Dakota Alcohol Tax Increase Initiative may appear on the 2010 statewide ballot in North Dakota. The proposed initiative calls for increasing the state tax on wine, beer and liquor.[1]

Path to the ballot

In order to place the proposed measure on the ballot supporters are required to collect a minimum of 13,000 valid signatures from North Dakota voters.[1]
