Two representatives are elected from each of 47 senatorial districts as a total of 94 members serve in the lower house of the North Dakota legislature. Generally, the representatives from odd-numbered districts were elected to four-year terms at the 2006 general election and the representatives from even-numbered districts were elected to four-year terms at the November 2008 general election. In 2010, all odd numbered districts will be up for re-election.
