Shall the Township of Norwich, Missaukee County, Michigan, be authorized to levy 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of taxable value) upon the Taxable and Real and Personal Property within the Township of Norwich for a period of 4 years (2012-2015 inclusive) for the purpose of road maintenance and construction?

If approved and levied in it's entirety this millage would raise an estimated $27,066.00[1]
