A Norwich Township Levy proposal was on theNovember 6, 2012 election ballot in Missaukee County, which is in Michigan.

If approved, this proposal authorizes the Norwich Township to levy a property tax of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 4 years in order to fund the road maintenance and construction. The estimated first year revenue from this tax is $27,066.[1]

Language on the ballot:

Shall the Township of Norwich, Missaukee County, Michigan, be authorized to levy 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of taxable value) upon the Taxable and Real and Personal Property within the Township of Norwich for a period of 4 years (2012-2015 inclusive) for the purpose of road maintenance and construction?

If approved and levied in it's entirety this millage would raise an estimated $27,066.00[1][2]
