A Oakland Community College Levy Implementation measure was on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the Oakland Community College area which is in Washtenaw County.

This measure sought to implement a levy of $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed property for five years in order to help pay for services and programs as needed by the College.[2]

The question on the ballot:

Millage Renewal Proposal

Shall Oakland Community College be authorized to levy taxes in an amount not to exceed $0.7811 per thousand dollars ($1,000) (0.7811 mills) of the taxable value of all taxable property in the College District for a period of ten (10) years, beginning with the July 1, 2012, tax levy, as a renewal of that portion of the millage authorization previously authorized by the electors to provide funds for all Community College purposes authorized by law? It is estimated the 0.7811 mills would raise approximately $38,502,796 when first levied in 2012.[3]
