Shall Section 2.02 of the City Charter of the City of Oakland Park be amended to eliminate the requirement that commissioners run for election to serve in a specific numbered seat, to provide instead that commissioners shall run at large, with the candidates receiving the highest number of votes deemed elected?[1]
